Stubborn fat not getting good blood flow is new to me but I guess when I’m sitting at a desk that makes much more sense now. My diet now adds to eggs and chicken; organic tumeric and cayenne. Also adding organic cinnamon to yogurt.

For exercise, swimming and more swimming for me… and working your ‘hip flexors’ REALLY helps. Have you heard of this? I read about it at https://bit.ly/2LQ02dH and it has helped a lot. With fasted training, I know it works but do you have any tips to get rid of dizziness sometimes?
